Welcome to zinkwazibeach.africa (“the Site”), operated by Leorian Digital Marketing (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is a free community information resource about Zinkwazi Beach, KwaZulu-Natal. It lists local businesses, accommodation, events, guides and live weather and tide information. We are not a booking agent, travel agent or the operator of any listed business.

2. Business and event listings

• Listings are free and submitted by the businesses themselves. We publish them in good faith but do not verify them. Prices, availability, opening hours and services are the responsibility of each business.
• Any booking, purchase or contact you make with a listed business is directly between you and that business. We are not a party to it and accept no liability for it.
• By submitting a listing or event you confirm you are authorised to do so, that the information and images are accurate and that you own or have the right to use them. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish them on the Site.
• We may edit, decline or remove any listing or event at our discretion, including content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive or unlawful.

3. Weather, tides and safety information

Weather, sea temperature and tide data are sourced from third-party services and shown for general guidance only. Conditions change quickly. Always check official sources, local signage and lifeguards before swimming, boating, fishing or walking. You use the beach, lagoon, sea and trails entirely at your own risk.

4. Guides and content

Our guides are written from local knowledge and public sources and may contain errors or become outdated. Distances, trail routes, gate times and access rules can change. Respect private property, conservancy rules and the environment.

5. Instagram and third-party content

Instagram posts tagged #zinkwazi are displayed via Instagram’s official embed and remain the property of their creators. If your content appears and you would like it removed, email admin@leorian.co.za. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

6. Intellectual property

The Site design, original text, photography and logo are owned by us or our contributors and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. Business logos and submitted images remain the property of their owners.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to submit false or misleading information, spam, malicious code, or content that infringes others’ rights, and you may not scrape or bulk-extract directory data.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act where applicable, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or dealings with any listed business.

10. Governing law and changes
